We’ll look at the pressure, the anxiety, and the unconscious patterns that shape how you show up, so you can stop blaming yourself and start dating with more awareness, intention, and self-respect. Instead of obsessing over “finding the one,” you’ll begin setting goals that are real, grounded, and actually within your control.
Week 2 — The Apps, the Anxiety, and the Performance of Dating
This week is about the actual mechanics of dating and the emotional toll they take. We’ll look at the apps, profiles, texting, first dates, and all the subtle ways dating starts to feel like marketing, performance, and self-protection instead of connection. You’ll learn how to present yourself more honestly, communicate more clearly, and pay attention to what is actually happening between you and another person so you can stop managing impressions and start building something real.
Week 3 — When Things Get Real
Challenges in early dating are 100% guaranteed. This week we stop pretending otherwise and build the skills to navigate them — conflict, mixed signals, unavailable partners, triggers, and the moments where most people either blow things up or shut down completely.
Week 4 — Sex, Intimacy & Vulnerability
The stuff nobody talks about honestly. We cover how to navigate physical and emotional intimacy without losing yourself, how to communicate what you want, and how to stay connected to someone without abandoning your own needs.
Week 5 — The Long Game
Dating isn't just about finding someone — it's about becoming someone who can sustain a real relationship. This week we zoom out and talk about patterns, attachment, what you actually want, and how to keep going without burning out.
