Sex 101 Workbook

Most of us learned very little about sex—and even less about our own sexuality. The Sex 101 workbook is a guided course designed to help you understand how you became the sexual person you are today and develop a more connected, curious, and satisfying relationship with sex. We’ll look at the experiences, relationships, cultural messages, expectations, shame, pleasure, fantasies, and patterns that have shaped your sexual self. This isn’t about learning the “right” way to have sex. It’s about understanding your sexuality so you can begin creating a sexual life that actually feels like your own.

What You'll Get

  • A deeper understanding of your sexual history. Explore the early experiences, family and cultural messages, gender expectations, relationships, shame, and beliefs that helped shape your sexuality.
  • Tools for understanding your body and pleasure. Learn to identify what accelerates your arousal, what puts on the brakes, and the emotional, relational, physical, and environmental factors that affect your sexual experience.
  • A new way of thinking about sexual challenges. Explore issues like desire, arousal, orgasm, performance anxiety, body image, pain, distraction, communication, and disconnection without reducing them to something being “wrong” with you.
  • Exercises to build sexual self-awareness. Reflect on masturbation, partnered sex, your body, expectations, attention, communication, and the patterns that show up across your sexual experiences.
  • A deeper exploration of fantasy and eroticism. Identify what turns you on, examine your peak arousal experiences and fantasies, and begin recognizing the themes and patterns that make up your unique erotic world.
  • Tools for communicating what you want. Practice finding language for your needs, desires, boundaries, curiosities, and sexual experiences—and learn how to bring more of that into sex with a partner.
  • A 74-page guided workbook with 23 exercises to help you move beyond simply learning about sexuality and actually apply what you're learning to your own life.
